By accessing or using any services, products, workshops, digital materials, or websites owned by Thrive Forward Solutions, LLC (“TFS”), you agree to these Terms of Service and should discontinue use if you do not agree. TFS provides educational, coaching, consulting, and development services that are non-clinical, non-medical, and not a substitute for professional mental health, legal, medical, or financial advice; you agree to use all TFS materials responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. All TFS content—including trainings, curricula, frameworks, tools, worksheets, slide decks, videos, branding, and written materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of Thrive Forward Solutions, LLC and may not be copied, distributed, modified, reused, or shared without written permission, except for limited use directly tied to purchased services. By purchasing services or digital products, you authorize TFS to process payment and acknowledge that certain items such as digital downloads, workshop tickets, and consulting deposits may be non-refundable in accordance with the refund policy. TFS does not guarantee outcomes of any kind, including housing placement, benefits approval, clinical or emotional improvement, employment results, or organizational funding or compliance. TFS maintains basic confidentiality practices using secure platforms such as Google Workspace and Squarespace and does not sell personal information; website use is additionally governed by the TFS Privacy Policy. You agree not to misuse TFS services or platforms, infringe on intellectual property, violate confidentiality laws, or use TFS materials in ways that breach ethical or legal standards. TFS is not responsible for outages or errors occurring through third-party platforms (including Google, Squarespace, email systems, or payment processors), and your use of TFS services is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted under California law, TFS disclaims liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services or reliance on any content. TFS may suspend or terminate access to services at any time for misuse, harassment, policy violations, or unauthorized distribution of materials, and no refunds will be provided in such circumstances. TFS may update these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of all changes. These Terms are governed by California law, and any disputes shall be resolved in California courts.

PRIVACY POLICY

Thrive Forward Solutions, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our website, services, workshops, digital products, and communication channels. Only information we collect is in two ways:

A. Information You Voluntarily Provide

  • Contact forms

  • Workshop registrations

  • Email sign-ups

  • Service or consultation requests

  • Payment information (processed securely through third-party vendors)

  • File uploads or documentation you submit for TI-Now services

B. Automatically Collected Information

  • IP address

  • Device type and browser

  • Pages viewed

  • Basic analytics (Squarespace/Google Analytics)

We do not collect sensitive health information. We do not track you across websites.

Thrive Forward Solutions, LLC, how we use your information as terms of service:

  • Provide services you request

  • Process payments

We do not sell your information. Ever. Sharing of Information, we only share information with:

  • Third-party processors (Squarespace Commerce, Google Workspace, Stripe, etc.)

  • Partners explicitly involved in a service you requested

  • Legal entities if required by law (court order, safety concerns)

We do not share or sell client information for marketing purposes. Data Storage & Security, we use secure platforms and encryption tools where available. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Your Rights, depending on your location, you may:

  • Request deletion of your information

  • Opt out of email communications

  • Decline cookies or browser tracking

REFUND POLICY

Thrive Forward Solutions, LLC ("we," "our," "us") is committed to providing high-quality workshops, digital products, coaching, and direct client support services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued, how refund requests are reviewed, and what products or services are not eligible.

By purchasing or enrolling in any program, digital product, event, or service, you agree to the terms outlined below:

GENERAL POLICY

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy. Refunds may be granted in limited circumstances, outlined below, and are processed to the original method of payment. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.

WORKSHOPS, TRAININGS & EVENTS

A. Community Workshops

Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the scheduled workshop, minus a small processing fee (3%-5% depending on the payment processor). No refunds are provided:

  • Within 72 hours of the event

  • For no-shows

  • For partial attendance

If you do not complete the workshop after receiving materials. You may transfer your registration to another date one time at no cost if requested 48 hours in advance.

B. Provider Workshops & Professional Trainings because provider-level trainings include pre-distributed materials, worksheets, and professional content:

  • Refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled training, minus processing fees.

  • No refunds are available after materials have been delivered.

  • Registrations may be transferred to another staff member within the same organization at no cost.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • PDF workbooks

  • Digital kits

  • Worksheet packages

  • Organizational start-up or audit kits

  • Self-guided courses

  • Downloadable templates

These items are non-refundable under all circumstances due to immediate access and delivery. If you experience a download or technical issue, contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.

BOOKS & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

For books purchased directly through Thrive Forward Solutions. Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:

  • The book arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The shipment was lost and confirmed by the carrier

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details. Books purchased through Amazon or other retailers follow their policies, not ours.

Physical items (e.g., merch, workshop materials) may be refunded if returned in unused condition within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.

TI-NOW: DIRECT CLIENT SERVICES (APPLY / APPEAL / DOCUMENTS)

Because TI-Now involves real-time laborious services (applications, appeals, navigation, benefit coordination):

Refunds cannot be issued once services have begun. If a mistake is made on our end, we will correct the issue at no additional cost. If you cancel before services begin, a refund may be issued minus processing fees.

COACHING, CONSULTATION & ORGANIZATIONAL SERVICES

A. 1:1 Coaching or Consulting

Refunds are available 48 hours before the second scheduled session thereafter. Once a session has occurred, no refunds are provided.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

B. Organizational Consulting, Program Development, or Audits

Because organizational support includes planning, review, compliance guidance, and deliverables:

Refunds are not available after work has started. If the organization cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be issued (minus time already spent reviewing files or performing prep work). Payment plans or phased billing may be arranged for organizations.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS (IF APPLICABLE)

Upcoming subscription or membership fees (e.g., resource libraries, monthly workshops, provider access) may be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. Previously charged fees are non-refundable.

TECHNICAL ISSUES OR ACCESS PROBLEMS

If you experience difficulty accessing:

  • Zoom/Google Meet links

  • Downloadable materials

  • Registration confirmations

Contact us within 7 days and we will ensure you receive access or replacement materials.

Access issues do not qualify for refunds unless:

  • The event was fully canceled

  • No alternative session was offered

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

  • We respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment processor.

By engaging with any TFS service, you agree that you are responsible for:

• Your decisions

• Your actions

• How you use the information provided

• Determining whether materials are appropriate for your needs

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFS and its affiliates, contractors, facilitators, employees, and representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use of our content

• Benefit or housing outcomes

• Documentation errors

• Organizational decisions

• Emotional reactions to content

• Loss of data or access

• Any misunderstanding or misuse of materials

Your use of TFS services is voluntary and at your own risk.

NON-DISCLOSURE & CONFIDENTIALITY LIMITATIONS

TFS does not sell or disclose personal information without consent. However:

Community Groups

These are not confidential therapy groups. While respectful dialogue is expected, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

Direct Services (TI-Now)

We maintain reasonable confidentiality, but:

• We may be required to share information with agencies (with consent).

• Mandatory reporting laws apply (abuse, danger to self or others).

C. Professional Trainings & Workshops

Participants must avoid sharing confidential client details. De-identify all case examples. TFS is not responsible for disclosures made by participants.

Consulting Agreements

Organizational consulting materials may include optional confidentiality clauses; however, consulting is distinct from legal NDAs. If a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement is required, organizations must request it separately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All TFS materials—including digital products, worksheets, logos, curricula, workbooks, and training content—are protected by copyright.

Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale is prohibited.

ACCESSIBILITY & LANGUAGE SUPPORT

6.LIMITATIONS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING (TI-NETWORK)

TI-Network services offer training and development for human-service providers. These are not clinical training hours unless partnered with a CEU-accredited provider. We do not:

• Provide licensure

• Replace supervision

• Certify clinical competence

• Accept liability for documentation or professional actions taken by participants

Providers retain full responsibility for their decisions and documentation.

7.LIMITATIONS OF ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING

Our organizational products (audits, start-up kits, SOPs, templates, QA tools, workflows) are provided “as-is” and may need legal or compliance review. We do not guarantee funder approval, contract awards, or regulatory compliance. Organizations remain responsible for verifying accuracy, legal alignment, and regulatory adherence.

8.COMMUNITY GROUPS + REAL TALK + COLLECTIVE

The Wellness Collective is a non-clinical, peer-supported conversation space, not therapy or counseling. Participation is optional and self-directed. Sensitive content may arise; individuals participate at their own discretion. This space is not for crisis intervention or clinical processing.

9.ACCURACY & INFORMATION CHANGES

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information—especially about government benefits, CalAIM, Medi-Cal plans, or county systems—is current at all times. Policies change frequently. Users must verify details with official agencies.

10.EXTERNAL LINKS

We may link to third-party websites (e.g., Google Meet, Eventbrite, government agencies). TFS is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
